How do I restore purchases?

In the iOS or Android app, use the in-app “Restore purchases” (or similar) action when it is available. That lets the store and purchase flow verify what you have already paid for, without needing a TinyLift account for that check.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions you buy through the App Store or Google Play are managed in your store account, like other apps you use. In general, you can go to the Subscriptions page in the App Store or Google Play settings, select TinyLift, and cancel there. The exact menu names can vary a bit by platform and version. We do not link to a public store listing here until a listing exists.

Is TinyLift therapy?

No. TinyLift is a wellness app for gentle self-regulation and small actions. It is not medical advice, therapy, diagnosis, or crisis support.

Does TinyLift require an account?

TinyLift is designed to be useful without a separate TinyLift sign-up, but your app store sign-in is still part of how your phone handles downloads and, if you pay, how subscriptions are managed by Apple and Google.

Does TinyLift work offline?

The core app experience is local-first, but some actions (for example, checking a subscription) may use the network when the store or the purchase flow needs a connection, like many mobile apps you already use.
