What TinyLift is
TinyLift is a local-first mobile app that offers short actions when you want a small step. It is not a clinical service and does not provide medical advice, therapy, or diagnosis.
We don’t require an account for TinyLift
The TinyLift app is designed to be useful without sign-up. We do not operate a user account system in the app for you to register with us.
Data stored on your device
Depending on your use of the app, information may be stored on your device, for example:
- app settings you choose (such as optional preferences the app may offer),
- local history the app may keep to work as designed (for example, recent activity used by the app), and
- any local files the app creates as part of normal operation.
This is intended to keep your experience private by default and to avoid collecting sensitive content you did not ask to store.
We do not add a “journal” or free-text mental health notes as part of what this policy describes. If a future version ever introduced optional text features, the product page and in-app experience would describe what is stored, where, and why.
We don’t want sensitive info from you in support email
If you email us at support@tinylift.app, your message and email address are processed so we can respond. Please don’t send medical records or crisis details to email. In emergencies, contact local emergency services or a crisis line in your area.
What we do not collect in the app (as part of the design)
TinyLift is not built to collect the following in order to “profile you” for marketing:
- no diagnosis or clinical questionnaire data,
- no precise or coarse location from your device for TinyLift’s core features,
- no contacts or address book,
- no microphone audio recordings for TinyLift’s core experience.
If your device shows a permission request, that means a platform feature is asking — not a guarantee TinyLift is using that permission for something core. The app should not require that type of access to offer a simple lift in normal use.
Purchases and subscriptions (Apple, Google, RevenueCat)
If the app offers purchases or subscriptions, payment processing is handled by Apple and/or Google through their store systems, and the app may use a purchase SDK (such as RevenueCat) to make entitlement handling reliable.
That means the stores (and, when used, the purchase service provider) may process purchase-related data under their own terms and policies. We do not receive your full card number from the app for those purchases the way a web shop might.
This website and hosting logs
This marketing site at https://tinylift.app may create basic server or CDN logs when you visit (for example, IP address, user agent, and request time). This is common for static hosting and is used to operate the site, not to run a public social feed of visitors.
Analytics
This site is intended to be lean and is not set up to add invasive cross-site advertising analytics by default. If analytics are added later, the goal would be a simple, limited setup that is described here when it is enabled.
Children’s privacy
TinyLift is not designed for children. If you believe a child has provided information to us in email, contact us and we will handle it reasonably.
